Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, International Management, or Engineering.
• Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word practitioner.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in an international team.
• Strong communication skills and motivated team-player.
• Structured and well-organized working style.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) German as plus.
  
  
  

Your tasks

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects within the automotive aftersales business.
• Prepare and enhance presentations, project management documentation, and data-driven analyses.
• Analyze, track, and report monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct market research and generate insights on automotive aftersales trends and competitors.
• Coordinate project submissions, screen entries, and prepare evaluation materials for the assessment process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders to support project implementation and alignment.
• Provide support for additional ad hoc tasks and project-related activities as required.
