The Application URL is the direct link where candidates click to apply. This can be your company's ATS job page (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.), a LinkedIn job posting, or any page on your careers site. When a student clicks Apply, they are redirected to this URL. Make sure the link works and goes directly to the application or job details — not a general careers homepage.

Standard and Pack of 3 listings stay live for 30 days, Until filled listings until you tell us the position is taken. During this period, your job ad is prioritized at the top of the postings list and featured in related jobs, jobs by city, and other placements.

You pay €249 once and the listing runs in 30-day cycles. Four days before each cycle ends, you get an email with your views and applications and two buttons: still open or position filled. One click on still open renews the listing for another 30 days at no charge, and it re-enters our weekly job alert emails. If you click position filled, or do not click at all, the listing ends on its date. A listing ends at the latest six months after it first went live.

No. One listing covers one open position. Once it is filled, the listing ends, and a new role, or the same role opening up again later, needs a new listing. Renewing a listing for a position that is already filled counts as misuse and we will take the listing down.

Yes - if you need to fix a typo, update the salary, or adjust the job description, contact us at [email protected] and we'll update it for free. However, if the change is an entirely new position, a new posting is required.

Yes. The Pack of 3 covers three listings for €159 instead of €237. Post them all at once in the form, or fill in just one now: the unused listings stay on your account for 12 months and you can publish them later with the same email address. For more than three, email [email protected].

Yes. The Pack of 3 brings each listing down to €53 instead of €79, and you do not have to use all three at once. For larger volumes, email [email protected] and we will put a package together.
