Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, International Management, or Engineering.
• Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word practitioner.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in an international team.
• Strong communication skills and motivated team-player.
• Structured and well-organized working style.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) German as plus.
  
  
  

Your tasks

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual customer satisfaction survey in close collaboration with Project Owners.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect required inputs, data, and feedback for survey setup and execution.
• Track, follow up on, and analyze survey participation rates across markets and stakeholders.
• Assist with troubleshooting and stakeholder support in case of questions or issues during the survey process.
• Support Project Managers in the execution and coordination of ongoing strategic and operational projects.
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and status updates for project-related activities.
• Conduct other ad-hoc tasks as required.
