To further strengthen our position among the leading companies in the automotive industry, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is expanding its R&D Center at its European headquarter in Frankfurt in order to meet local customer requirements even better. Your profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and cloud-based collaboration tools
- Strong language skills in English.
- German or Korean language skills are a plus.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including user account creation, device preparation, and system access management.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 user administration.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, printing, and authentication issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to 2nd and 3rd level support team colleagues when required and coordinate resolution activities.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventories, documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
- Support IT projects, workplace technology rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining meeting room technology, telephony solutions, and collaboration platforms.
