Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, International Management, or Engineering.
- Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word practitioner.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in an international team.
- Strong communication skills and motivated team-player.
- Structured and well-organized working style.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) German as plus.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual customer satisfaction survey in close collaboration with Project Owners.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect required inputs, data, and feedback for survey setup and execution.
- Track, follow up on, and analyze survey participation rates across markets and stakeholders.
- Assist with troubleshooting and stakeholder support in case of questions or issues during the survey process.
- Support Project Managers in the execution and coordination of ongoing strategic and operational projects.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and status updates for project-related activities.
- Conduct other ad-hoc tasks as required.
