The Integrated Managementsystem belongs to International Standards (ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 50001) with 7 key principles based on the high-level structure. At Elli we have to consider these internal and external standards and harmonize them to find the biggest cross section for effectifeness and efficiency.
The key tasks and responsibiltiy of the position are subject to:
- Support of the VP Quality and Quality Management representatives by
- Analysis of the norm-standards and work out of the tasks
- Analysis of existing company processes on deviations with focus on Environment
- Planning and elaboration of evidences for implementation (Documentation, Presentation, Processes e.g.)
- Planning and elaboration of company presentations and training-material-Implementation of the planned evidences and training of employees
- Support of on scene walks with focus on Quality Management (all locations)
- Support of internal process-audits with focus on Environment after implementation
- A degree in quality or environmental management, industrial engineering, production engineering, energy engineering, process engineering, or a related field (undergraduate or graduate level)
- Proficiency in German is essential, as is proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Ability to create compelling presentations and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and resilience in the face of rapidly changing responsibilities
- Passion, enthusiasm, initiative, and a willingness to contribute to environmental sustainability in the field of charging solutions and within a growing yet highly competitive industry.
