Your profile
- Procurement and Vendor Coordination, experience in sourcing, negotiating welfare-related services and supplies
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, internal platforms, and mobile contract management systems
- Strong Organizational Skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain structured workflows
- Excellent Communication, skilled in both written and verbal communication across diverse teams and departments
- Attention to Detail, high level of accuracy in documentation, contract handling, and compliance monitoring
- Problem-Solving Ability , capable of identifying issues and implementing practical, efficient solutions
- Customer Service Orientation, committed to providing responsive and professional support to employees and stakeholders

- Support budget controlling across four departments and provide general GA support general administrative functions within the MCCE GA Team
- Assist with budget adjustments (e.g., carry-over and carry-back), requiring a basic understanding of financial concepts and the use of SAP
- Ensure that invoices and SAP entries are properly controlled and monitored at all times
- Review, and authorize budget request
- Analyze forecast, and submit annual administrative budget requests
- Ensure timely payment / resolve delays
- Support expatriates relocation (Germany)
- Assist GA general tasks
- Execute additional administrative duties
- Provide support to employees
- Procure employee welfare items
- Handle and review Korean-language invoices and financial documents in coordination with Korea HQ
- Communicate with Korea HQ regarding accounting policies, budget adjustments, and financial matters (in Korean)
- Support Korean-language communication and documentation for internal coordination with HQ when required
