YOUR TASKS
- Support the Global Compensation & Benefits team in planning and implementing People & Culture projects
- Contribute to job grading, market benchmarking, reporting, and HR data analysis activities
- Assist in the continuous improvement of Compensation & Benefits processes and global standards
- Support international initiatives, including Job Architecture and SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Prepare analyses, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and support the team in day-to-day operations
- You are a registered student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field
- You have solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- You possess strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
- You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
- You have good communication skills in English
- Initial experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analytics is an advantage
- You enjoy working collaboratively in an international team environment

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
