As our Intern - Talent Acquisition Operations, you will step into the driver’s seat of our recruitment machine at the perfect intersection of people, data, and AI technology. Working closely with our talent acquisition team, your mission will be to act as a data detective: mapping competitive tech talent pools across Europe, mastering AI-driven automation inside our ATS (Ashby), and building the operational frameworks that directly fuel our hiring velocity. What you will do:

  • Dive into Talent Market Research: Utilize LinkedIn Talent Insights to map out candidate pools, track what competitor tech companies are doing, and uncover the top universities and bootcamps across Europe to fuel our pipeline.
  • Unlock Data-Driven Insights: Support us with building talent frameworks, market mapping, and cataloguing talent research for recruiters.
  • Manage our ATS (Ashby): Get hands-on admin experience with Ashby (our ATS), where you’ll manage user access, maintain templates, and support the team experimenting with AI features and automation tools.
  • Keep the Recruitment Engine Running: Own our data quality by tracking dashboards, auditing candidate profiles, and managing our agency partner connections to ensure a flawless recruitment machine.
  • Build our Knowledge Base: Take full ownership of our internal Confluence space, creating, updating, and scaling high-impact guides and resources that the entire team will use.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich HR in Hamburg für dich bedeutet — Vergütungsregeln, Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
