Beschreibung bereitgestellt von E-FARM
E-FARM is transforming how farmers across Europe buy and sell used agricultural machinery. From our base in Hamburg, we’ve facilitated over €150M in transactions and are backed by CLAAS and leading European VCs. We’re a fast-growing, tech-driven startup with an international team committed to bringing trust, transparency, and efficiency to agricultural trade.
As we continue to scale, building an outstanding employee experience is essential—and that’s where you come in.
Your challenge
As a People & Culture Intern, you will play an active role across the full HR lifecycle and contribute to making E-FARM an exceptional place to work. You’ll support both operational HR tasks and culture initiatives while learning how HR works inside a fast-growing scale-up.
