Working Student (m/f/d) Data Analytics & Process Automation

As a Working Student in Data Analytics & Process Automation, you will support the team in analyzing data, creating meaningful reports, and automating business processes. You will work with modern analytics and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python to enable data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role combines Business Intelligence, data analytics, and process automation in a hands-on environment.

YOUR TASKS

• You create, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Microsoft Power BI
• You analyze, structure, and visualize business data from various internal and external data sources
• You develop advanced Excel solutions using formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data models
• You automate recurring reporting and Excel processes using VBA, Python, Power Automate, or comparable technologies
• You create and optimize SQL queries for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data
• You support the development and maintenance of Power BI data models while ensuring high data quality
• You collaborate with different departments to understand and implement reporting and automation requirements
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis functions
• You have practical experience with Microsoft Power BI
• You have basic programming skills in at least one programming language, ideally Python
• You have basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
• You have a strong interest in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, digitalization, process automation, and the optimization of business processes
