Your Tasks
Behind every brand, every product and every accomplishment are our more than 20,000 employees. It is for them that we live an inclusive culture of respect and trust that is strongly aligned with our values – CARE, COURAGE, SIMPLICITY and TRUST. We also embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.
The Global HR Center of Excellence (CoE) People & Culture plays a pivotal role in driving our global business strategy by connecting business needs with our HR agenda. We design and implement impactful global concepts across areas such as talent mobility, digital transformation, organizational development and leadership. Our global CoE team is instrumental in shaping and executing key strategic priorities, including Talent Mobility (international assignments), digital capabilities and mindset, organizational design and change management, as well as talent and leadership development.
Within this setup, the Global Mobility team serves as a trusted advisor to all stakeholders involved in managing international assignments. We are dedicated to continuously enhancing the employee (expat) experience and ensuring seamless global mobility processes.
In parallel, we are actively driving our global International Hiring initiative, aimed at mapping, redesigning and standardizing international hiring processes worldwide, including the development of a global policy framework for support and benefits.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated intern with a strong interest in HR and initial practical experience to support both our operational activities and strategic project work.
