About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented working student to support our Human Resources (HR) team. In this role, you will assist with HR administration, document management, and process optimization, gaining valuable hands-on experience in HR and Office operations. If you are interested in this role, enjoy working with documents, and have an eye for detail, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Your Responsibilities

• Support HR administration, including document preparation and record-keeping
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions
• Help manage and review HR documents, contracts, and policies
• Assist in HR platform setup and maintenance
• Support with preparing presentations and reports related to HR topics
• Assist in tender document preparation and HR-related compliance tasks
• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed

Your Profile

• Strong in IT Skills
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative skills
• Interest in HR processes, employee management, and documentation
• Preferred: Basic understanding of HR policies and labor regulations
• Fluent in English (written & spoken);
• Based in Hamburg
