Intern Portfolio Planning & Project Execution (m/f/d)

Join our Portfolio Planning & Execution team and support the planning, monitoring, and transparency of onshore wind energy projects. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to project portfolio management, forecasting, and resource planning activities. You will gain practical experience in project management and operational project execution within an international environment.

YOUR TASKS

• Support the maintenance and validation of project portfolio data to ensure consistent and transparent planning information across projects
• Assist in updating project execution forecasts based on project progress and input from key stakeholders
• Contribute to resource and capacity planning activities through data preparation and demand versus capacity analysis
• Support the preparation of project reviews and readiness assessments, including documentation and follow-up activities
• Monitor key project dependencies and help identify potential risks that may affect project execution
• Assist with KPI reporting by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing project and portfolio data using tools such as Excel or Power BI
• Collaborate with Project Management, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams and support day-to-day operational activities
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• You have strong analytical skills and an interest in data-driven project management, project planning, or portfolio management
• You possess good knowledge of Excel, including data analysis and pivot tables
• Initial experience with project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and are comfortable handling complex datasets
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and teams
• You are fluent in English; German language skills are considered a plus
