Job description:

  • Support the Global Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing recruiting initiatives and projects across different countries and regions
  • Assist in optimizing and further developing global recruitment processes, standards, applicant system, and tools
  • Support the development of recruitment materials, communication activities, and employer branding initiatives
  • Assist in maintaining and improving digital recruiting channels, career pages, and other Talent Acquisition platforms

Qualifications

Qualification and experience:

  • Enrolled student at a university or college, ideally studying Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, or a comparable field
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Employer Branding
  • Good communication skills and ability to create clear and engaging content
  • Proactive, structured, and independent working style with strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Confident use of MS Office tools
  • Very good written and spoken English skills as the main communication language within the team is English
