JD Logistics is one of the world's leading logistics providers and part of JD.com, a global technology and e-commerce leader. As we continue to expand our operations in Germany, we are looking for a motivated HR Working Student (m/f/d) to join our HR team in Oberhausen.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience, work in an international environment, and develop your career while continuing your studies.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain HR databases and personnel records
- Support recruitment and employer branding activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and HR documents
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and colleagues across different departments
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and German is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
