JD Logistics is one of the world's leading logistics providers and part of JD.com, a global technology and e-commerce leader. As we continue to expand our operations in Germany, we are looking for a motivated HR Intern (m/f/d) to join our HR team in Oberhausen.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in an international environment, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop valuable skills for your future career.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist in the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and personnel documents
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement activities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and colleagues across different departments
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
