The HR Reporting & Analytics Intern will support the Global HR Strategy & Performance team by ensuring smooth execution of reporting operations, organizing data and project tracking, and creating structured, high-quality content. The role helps improve efficiency, data accuracy, and visibility while enabling the team to focus on insights and strategic initiatives

Eligibility Criteria
This internship is part of a local scheme with universities in Germany. The main eligibility criterion is to be actively enrolled in a university program throughout the entire duration of the internship. You will be required to provide documentation such as your ID, student visa, and enrollment certificate as part of the eligibility verification process.
Your key accountabilities include:
- Support recurring HR reporting cycles and data collection processes
- Perform basic data processing and assist in updating dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reporting outputs
- Maintain project trackers to provide visibility on timelines and priorities
- Organize and manage structured project documentation and repositories
- Create presentations, reports, and internal communication materials
- Maintain and update knowledge management systems and content libraries
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, Business, Analytics or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage recurring tasks independently
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Basic data handling skills (e.g., data extraction, transformation, reporting)
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools (basic level)
- Ability to structure information and manage multiple priorities effectively
