The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Area HR Talent Acquisition team by performing essential administrative tasks related to recruiting and hiring processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on coordination, documentation, and communication. The intern will work closely with HR professionals to ensure smooth and efficient talent acquisition workflows.
Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the administration of pre-hire assessments and preboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Help prepare job postings and update candidate status in the system.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and follow-up steps.
- Support the creation of recruitment reports and surveys.
- Help manage documentation and vendor communications as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
- Actively participate in job fairs, university events, and industry conferences to promote the employer brand, build talent pipelines, and strengthen relationships with external partners.
- On-site presence at the Frankfurt Area Office is expected.
- Currently pursuing or recently finished (no more than 1 year ago) a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in learning about HR talent acquisition.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
