Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Area HR Talent Acquisition team by performing essential administrative tasks related to recruiting and hiring processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on coordination, documentation, and communication. The intern will work closely with HR professionals to ensure smooth and efficient talent acquisition workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the administration of pre-hire assessments and preboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Help prepare job postings and update candidate status in the system.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and follow-up steps.
  • Support the creation of recruitment reports and surveys.
  • Help manage documentation and vendor communications as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
  • Actively participate in job fairs, university events, and industry conferences to promote the employer brand, build talent pipelines, and strengthen relationships with external partners.
  • On-site presence at the Frankfurt Area Office is expected.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently finished (no more than 1 year ago) a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Interest in learning about HR talent acquisition.
