A Snapshot of your Day

As a working student in the Siemens Energy Offshore Quality Management Excellence team, you will provide essential support for ongoing quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities. You will gather and analyze data, maintain quality management systems, and prepare reports, all while collaborating with experienced team members to enhance quality management practices.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Assist in the analysis of problem-solving cases to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports that communicate key insights and Lessons Learned to stakeholders
  • Support the maintenance and improvement of quality management systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Help create and manage dashboards for monitoring quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Facilitate process training sessions for internal stakeholders to promote best practices in quality management


What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen interest in quality management and process improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to support quality initiatives
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
  • A proactive learning attitude and willingness to engage in new challenges and responsibilities

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
