A Snapshot of your Day

As a working student in the Onshore Execution Performance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining data systems and supporting optimization projects. You will collaborate with team members to manage performance dashboards, conduct data quality checks, and assist in project documentation, all while gaining valuable experience in data handling and business process optimization.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of service-related databases through regular maintenance and updates
  • Enhance reporting reliability by conducting data quality checks and supporting data cleansing activities
  • Create and manage performance dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into key metrics
  • Assist in the documentation and organization of internal optimization projects to streamline processes
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and support implementation efforts
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project tasks and milestones are tracked effectively


What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Initial experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI) gained through university projects or prior internships
  • Strong command of English; German language skills are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities to support project management
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
