As a working student in the Portfolio, Performance, and Analytics team at Siemens Energy, you will support the Offshore Service division by tracking and analyzing key productivity initiatives. The role focuses on Productivity Measure Analysis & Reporting and Data Management & Compliance, allowing you to contribute to both analytical and organizational aspects.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Perform monthly reviews of productivity improvement measures and update their status in relevant tracking tools
- Support the creation of forecast and actuals reports for ongoing improvement initiatives
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and generate reports to support team requirements
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business to gather and verify data for reporting
- Ensure proper and consistent documentation of all productivity measures for easy reference and auditing
- Maintain data quality and ensure compliance of productivity measures in accordance with internal guidelines
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Finance, or a related field
- This is a student position; no prior professional experience is required
- Strong analytical abilities and experience in data analysis (internships or relevant coursework preferred)
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables; comfort building trackers and reports
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and effective stakeholder engagement skills
