Join our dynamic Operational Process Management team as a Student Worker, where you will play a vital role in ensuring business continuity. Imagine supporting key initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and foster internal engagement. You will assist in improving our process portfolio, including the exciting integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Engage in managing internal communications and community platforms, while also supporting change management and training activities. How You’ll Make An Impact

  • You will support the analysis and enhancement of our existing process portfolio, driving operational improvements.
  • Assist in researching and testing the incorporation of AI into our business processes, paving the way for innovation.
  • Help document new and updated process flows for internal reference, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Design and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, to maintain consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Provide administrative support for change management initiatives, coordinating training and e-learning modules for employees.


What You Bring

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Media Studies, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A demonstrated interest in corporate communications, process optimization, and emerging technologies is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a proactive attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, digital literacy, and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and community management.


About The Team

You will be part of a multicultural team of seven dedicated individuals who have a high-level vision of all onshore processes. This team manages end-to-end operations for onshore turbine processes, divided into various segments. With global process leads in services, warranty, preventive and corrective maintenance, unit commissioning, and customer acceptance, they define processes in collaboration with different regions. The team is responsible for the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes, utilizing an internal tool for documentation. They actively identify potential process improvements and implement modifications. Notably, they have three nominations for business impact awards, including projects focused on fire risk prevention for specific turbines that detect certain alarms.
