As a Working Student in Contract Management & Data Quality, you will play a vital role in supporting our regional procurement offices. Your main focus will be on contract data management and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our contract documentation. You will have the opportunity to work closely with contract owners, review and correct data, and act as a quality gatekeeper for new contract entries.


Responsibilities

  • Support contract entries and uploads, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with contract owners to review and correct contract data
  • Conduct proactive contract data checks and analyze contract data KPIs
  • Act as a Quality Gate and Co-Owner of vendor contract data, driving and supervising new contract entries
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of commercial and legal documentation within the contract management system
  • Communicate and coordinate with regional branches and procurement offices
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of contract management processes
  • Provide support and training to users on the E-procurement / E-signature Contract Lifecycle Management tool


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a full-time degree in business, law, economics, logistics, data analytics or a related field
  • Strong social and communication skills, with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in international organizations and contract-related roles is an asset
  • Basic legal know-how and contract analysis experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills are mandatory
  • Self-initiative, commitment and the ability to work independently are essential
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
