Job description

Your Responsibilities - Supporting the operational handling and tracking of incoming customer requests through the CRIM (Customer Requirements - Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across customer requests and internal response databases.

  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards and metrics that track CRIM performance, response times, and business impact.
  • Assisting in process documentation and improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data transparency across functions.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and analytics for senior management to communicate CRIM’s progress, insights, and impact.
  • Collaborating closely with global teams across functions such as ESG, EHS, Procurement, R&D, as well as Regional Colleagues in EMEA, APAC and the Americas to ensure smooth end-to-end coordination.

Your qualification - Enrolled Master’s or advanced Bachelor’s student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Process Management, Sustainability Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with data analysis, reporting, or process management (e.g., through studies, internships, or projects).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (Japanese, German) are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with an interest in cross-functional work and business process optimization.
  • Basic understanding of sustainability and compliance-related topics (ESG, EHS, BCM) is an asset but not a requirement.
