We are currently looking for a Sustainability & Environmental Development Intern (m/f/d) for our Head Office in Cologne, starting in September 2026.
Job Responsibilities
YOUR TASKS:
- Support with harmonisation of cross-divisional primary data for emissions management & reporting
- Preparation of data analyses
- Support in the preparation of sustainability indicators
YOUR PROFILE:
- Very good Excel and data analysis skills
- Analytical skills to analyse a wide range of primary data
- Structured and independent way of working, as well as a good understanding of numbers and technical interest
- Very good written and spoken English

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Operations in Cologne für dich bedeutet — Vergütungsregeln, Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
