Role and tasks

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our ERGO Group Sustainability team. In this role, you will be involved in both day to day activities and project work and gain practical experience in an international insurance environment.

  • Support the Sustainability team in ongoing activities and projects
  • Create, visualize and prepare presentation materials (mainly in PowerPoint) for various stakeholders
  • Conduct analyses on topics related to sustainability
  • Build, maintain and further develop different (Excel) tools and databases
  • Support feasibility studies for various sustainability initiatives
  • Assist with team-oriented activities, such as the preparation and follow up of workshops and meetings

Profile And Skills

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics or related fields; a focus on Insurance, Sustainability or Project Management is an advantage
  • Very good English skills; German is an asset but not mandatory
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • First practical experience through internships or similar roles is a plus
  • Availability of approx. 20 hours per week for at least 6 months
  • Proactive mindset, strong team player, reliable and structured way of working
