We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) to join our Client Care Operations department and support the team in process documentation.

This is a fulltime internship position for a duration of 6 months, requiring presence in our office in Cologne.

Job Responsibilities

• Revise and enhance existing process documentation, incorporating additional information related to IT system updates
• Support the maintenance of material master data (specific material information, pictures of the materials)
• Support the planning team with daily operational tasks (creation of Purchase and Sales orders, extraction and sharing of reports with regional and global teams)
  
  

Profile

• Close to graduation of your studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering or similar fields
• First working experience in Supply chain & Logistics, master data management is a plus
• First experience in working with Microsoft tools, especially Excel
• Self-driven, able to work independently and proactive in setting priorities
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and strong team player
• Open minded (work with different nationalities and departments)
• Synthetic and well-structured mindset
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
