Your seat to fill:

• Support the Customs & Trade Compliance team in steering and further developing customs and foreign trade–related processes
• Contribute to the tariff classification of products (HS/TARIC system)
• Independently take ownership of and manage selected customs and foreign trade–related sub-areas
• Prepare and analyze customs-related KPIs and create reports and status overviews
• Support operational import activities, in particular:
  
• Review of import declarations
• Documentation and archiving
• Support projects within Customs & Trade Compliance (e.g. process optimization, digitalization, compliance requirements)
• Monitor import transactions and duties to ensure customs compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers (e.g. customs brokers)
• Support the creation and maintenance of internal work instructions and policies
  

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business engineering or comparable courses of study
• You have a good understanding of procurement processes and are eager to learn more
• You have very good written and spoken English skills
• You are a team player, detail-oriented and have an affinity for numbers
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
