Your seat to fill:

• You support the administration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Learning), including user support and issue resolution (2nd level).
• You contribute to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) by:
  
• 
  
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of HR stories and reports
• Assisting in data model validation and data consistency checks
• You actively support HR data analysis and reporting, including:
  
• 
  
• Data validation and cleansing across HR systems
• Preparation of datasets for reporting (headcount, PEX, HR KPIs)
• Identification and resolution of data inconsistencies
• You assist in testing activities, including:
  
• Testing system changes in SuccessFactors
• Validating SAC reports after updates or data loads
• You collaborate with HR Controlling, HRBPs, and system owners
• You support ongoing HR IT projects
  

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• You are currently studying a STEM subject
• You have a strong interest in HR systems, data analytics, and cloud solutions
• You have very good Excel skills; ideally you have first experience with SAC or similar BI tools
• You have a good understanding of data structures and strong analytical thinking
• You have very good English skills
