Working Student Product Compliance (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

• You support product testing activities by preparing compliance standards, executing defined test cases, and documenting results in the compliance database.
• You support the product compliance manager in tracking project tasks and maintaining quality-related documentation.
• You maintain and update Excel-based compliance tracking tools, master data sheets, and reporting templates.
• You support the maintenance of quality databases and ensure the traceability of test results and deviations.
• You contribute to the development and improvement of quality and compliance processes.
  
  

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
• You have strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel (e.g., data handling, pivot tables, reporting).
• You have experience with Outlook and SharePoint, which is an advantage.
• You have strong attention to detail, a structured working style, and a high level of motivation.
• You have good English communication skills; German is a plus.You demonstrate technical affinity and have an interest in product safety or consumer goods quality, which is beneficial.
• You hold a Class B driving license, which is an advantage.
• You are available for occasional short business trips (2–4 days), e.g., warehouse visits or test labs.
