Please read carefully before applying: This is a remote internship role for a highly driven Human Resources (HR) Intern.
We are looking for someone who is super open-minded, deeply collaborative, and genuinely thrives in teamwork. We need an individual who loves working with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, and who will do everything in their hands to facilitate the best possible team experience.
You must be people-oriented, structured, and capable of balancing empathy with execution, understanding that HR is not just about processes, but about building high-performing environments.
Your role will include:
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations and team coordination.
- Assisting in recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes (working closely with Team Leads).
- Facilitating a seamless, supportive, and engaging experience for a diverse, multicultural team.
- Creating and improving HR practices, policies, and documentation.
- Supporting team engagement and collaboration initiatives.
- Managing internal communication and team follow-ups strictly through official company channels.
- Conducting research to support HR strategies and team development processes.
This is not a paid internship, but it will count towards your degree, and you will leave with real experience in leading talent, building HR systems, and managing a collaborative pipeline.
Qualifications:
.At least have 3 years experience in Human Resource position

- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.

- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setup.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
