About

As our Technical Sales Distribution Intern - Germany, you will support our EU Technical Sales team by helping to organize knowledge, improve internal processes, and generate valuable insights into market and competitor developments across Europe. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

  • Support the organization and maintenance of technical documentation, presentations, manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base content for EU teams.
  • Help prepare and update technical presentations, training materials, and internal communication documents.
  • Analyze existing workflows and contribute ideas that improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Conduct market research on technical and regulatory requirements across European countries.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking and product comparisons for residential and C&I PV and energy storage solutions.
  • Collect, structure, and present data in clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Your profile

Role

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it? Now, in order to fit into this role and enjoy a great learning experience with us, your ideal background could look like this:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • You bring a strong interest in solar PV, energy storage systems, and the renewable energy industry.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and can manage documents and information in a structured way.
  • You combine an analytical mindset with interest in market research, competitor analysis, and process optimization.
  • You feel comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel, and collaborative documentation tools.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in English at C1 level, and additional European languages or Chinese are a plus.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Vertrieb in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
