You'll make an impact by
- You support the Bid Management team by assisting bid managers in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth processes throughout the bidding cycle
- Subsequently, you conduct weekly research on relevant leads and project tenders, providing the Sales team with valuable first-stage evaluations and insights
- Building on this, you contribute to the preparation of customer proposals and play an active role in compiling and analyzing sales and pipeline data
- In addition, you help create detailed sales reports and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
- Finally, you bring in your own ideas for innovation and automation, continuously seeking ways to improve the sales process within an international and virtual environment
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in business, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- You are well-versed in using MS Office applications
- You have a keen interest in data interpretation, analysis, and visualization, with programming skills (e.g., R) and knowledge in data engineering and analytics as a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital technologies, and the ability to leverage them effectively, is advantageous
- Ways of Working: You demonstrate strong analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, and thrive in a virtual, dynamic, and international environment
- Languages: You speak fluent English; German or other language skills are an advantage
