Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Drive global sales and innovation projects with a focus on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business for the BOSCH and SIEMENS brands
- Lead your own projects in Product & Price Management, from market analysis to recommendations
- Benchmark competitors and identify growth opportunities to strengthen our value proposition
- Support the content implementation on our web-shops to ensure optimal online presentation
- Contribute to the development of new business models to enhance our global D2C offering
- Studies in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, — ideally with focus on Sales or Digital Business
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style with a proactive mindset and analytical skills
- Comfortable handling and interpreting sales and customer data to create meaningful insights
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach in an international environment
- Flexible organization of working hours by means of time account
- 35h / week

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Vertrieb in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
