About Dalus Dalus (dalus.io) is an AI-powered platform for teams that engineer complex hardware. Companies building things like robots, aircraft, medical devices, and other advanced systems use Dalus to manage how their products are designed, instead of drowning in documents and spreadsheets. We are a small founding team, which means you will work directly with the CEO and see up close how an early-stage B2B software company builds its go-to-market from the ground up. The role As our Go-to-Market Intern you will support sales and marketing across the funnel. You will not be cold-calling or pitching prospects. Instead, you will build the foundation our sales motion runs on and help sharpen how we show up in the market. Concretely, you will:
- Identify and research companies that fit our ideal customer profile in industries like robotics, aerospace, medical devices, and industrial machinery, and build clean, well-qualified lead lists with the right contacts at each account.
- Prepare short account briefs ahead of sales conversations: what the company builds, how their engineering organization works, and what signals suggest they are a good fit for us.
- Support our marketing with written content such as case studies, one-pagers, and website copy, working from founder input and real customer stories.
- Keep our go-to-market machinery running smoothly: CRM hygiene, prospecting tools, and target lists for industry conferences and events. Who we are looking for Our customers are engineers, so engineering cannot scare you. You do not need a technical background, but you need to find the world of hardware companies interesting enough to learn how it works. Engineering, mechatronics, or physics students with commercial curiosity are a great fit, as are business students who can show they have gone deep on a technical topic before. You are precise. Lead research is detail work: right company, right size, right title, verified contact. You take pride in getting small things exactly right, and you notice when something in a dataset looks off. You work independently and communicate well in writing. We are a distributed team across time zones. You should be comfortable receiving a written brief, working through it on your own, and sending back a concise summary of what you found, what confused you, and what you would do next. What you get Paid, flexible part-time work that fits around your studies. Direct mentorship from the founders and a front-row seat on how an early-stage B2B company finds, wins, and grows its first markets. Clear briefs, honest feedback, and real ownership of your output. For the right person, this role is a path toward a first sales or growth position as the company scales.
