Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student – Sales & Marketing Operations Orthopedics to support our international team based in Munich, working closely with colleagues across Israel and the USA.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the qualification of incoming sales leads, support ongoing sales activities, and engage with customers. You will collaborate across regions and functions, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced medtech environment.

You will also play a key role in supporting and implementing marketing initiatives, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes through digital approaches and tools.

In This Role, You Will

  • Qualify and manage incoming sales leads, ensuring structured follow-up and prioritization
  • Act as a point of contact for customers during early sales interactions
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle (e.g., coordination, documentation, CRM updates)
  • Collaborate with international teams across Germany, Israel, and the USA
  • Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of sales processes (e.g., CRM workflows, automation, data analysis)
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
  • Support the preparation of customer materials, presentations, and outreach activities

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field)
  • Strong motivation and willingness to take ownership and go the extra mile
  • Demonstrated commitment through academic excellence, extracurricular activities, or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
  • Interest in sales processes, marketing, and digital tools
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in optimizing workflows and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
