Your mission

Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We are constantly moving forward and are currently looking for a Spare Parts Intern to support our growth in the solar and energy storage industry. We are thrilled to have you on board as a key support pillar for our Service Operations team in Germany.

Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

  • Plan and apply for spare parts in line with operational needs, ensuring the right components are available at the right time.
  • Manage spare parts-related shipments end-to-end, from order placement through to delivery tracking and confirmation.
  • Communicate proactively with our headquarters regarding spare parts application status and fulfillment updates.
  • Maintain and organize the spare parts inventory, keeping records accurate, up-to-date, and well-structured.
  • Support spare parts supply for ongoing projects, customer orders, and rework activities across the team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service operations and timely resolution of parts-related requests.

Your profile

Role

  • You bring strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1); Chinese is a plus and will definitely make you stand out.
  • You have a good analytical mindset and enjoy working with data, reports, and structured processes.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are a team player who communicates clearly and proactively - both internally and across different time zones.
  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You are proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel, and are eager to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Logistik in Munich für dich bedeutet — Vergütungsregeln, Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
