Intern Business Planning (All genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

>> Minimum of 6 months starting from September 2026 with possible extension to 12 months.

The Requirements

For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period in a university within the European Union, preferably Germany. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.

Your Mission

• Support with the development of Excel and PowerPoint templates for Kia EU and subsidiaries.
• Consolidate and deliver Market feedback to summary files.
• Deliver reports from different internal tools.
• Design, monitor and correct various reports.
• Ad-hoc requests: Support the team to run analysis and research to facilitate an optimal decision-making process.
• Assist on various Business Planning projects via PowerPoint presentations.
• Support Markets concerning Business Planning related questions.
• Support organization and execution of top management meetings and conferences.
  
  

Education

Your Talents:

• Bachelor/Master student (e.g. math, physics, engineering, economics, biz. administration).

• Confident in IT skills (complex spreadsheets in Excel, PowerPoint).
