We Have An Exciting Opportunity For You As
Intern Business Planning (All genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
>> Minimum of 6 months starting from September 2026 with possible extension to 12 months.
The Requirements
For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period in a university within the European Union, preferably Germany. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.
Your Mission
- Support with the development of Excel and PowerPoint templates for Kia EU and subsidiaries.
- Consolidate and deliver Market feedback to summary files.
- Deliver reports from different internal tools.
- Design, monitor and correct various reports.
- Ad-hoc requests: Support the team to run analysis and research to facilitate an optimal decision-making process.
- Assist on various Business Planning projects via PowerPoint presentations.
- Support Markets concerning Business Planning related questions.
- Support organization and execution of top management meetings and conferences.
Your Talents:
- Bachelor/Master student (e.g. math, physics, engineering, economics, biz. administration).
- Open minded for an international working environment with diverse cultures.
- High analytical skills.
- Strong personal engagement and business interest.
- Very accurate and reliable working style.
- Confident in IT skills (complex spreadsheets in Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enjoying communication and creating alignment between various levels and across different functions in the organization.
- Driven team player, result-oriented and supportive.
- International mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), suitable languages advantageous.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks, technologies and challenges in a fast-moving environment.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
