We Have An Exciting Opportunity For You As
Intern Service Marketing (all genders welcome) in our Ownership Experience department at Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Contribute to exciting projects that shape the customer journey. This is a hands-on internship offering insight into digital marketing, eCommerce, and customer experience at a European scale.
>> Minimum of 6 months (possible prolongation for up to 12 months).
The Requirements
For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period in a university within the European Union, preferably Germany. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.
Purpose Of Job
Contribute to the development and deployment of new campaigns, eCommerce activities, and web platforms (MyKia / MyService) to enhance customer retention, drive service profitability, and strengthen Kia’s brand image in the Ownership Experience space.
Your Mission
Support content development campaigning activities
- Identify content needs across markets and services to leverage synergies.
- Assist in content management (Adobe CMS) for Ownership Experience and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate content creation and CMS/shop system setup.
- Support local markets with content for online shops and marketplaces
- Assist during go-live phases with testing and issue tracking.
- Compile and coordinate regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist in performance reporting and generating insights.
- Analyze data from tools like Google Analytics and online benchmarks to create actionable insights.
- Co-develop, organize and help moderate workshops and conferences.
- Coordinate content creation for MyKia and MyService platforms.
- Support markets to provide content/trainings/tutorials for both systems functionalities and new developments.
- Support Go Live phases with testing and issue tracking.
- Master's student in Digital Marketing, eCommerce or related fields.
- Ideally, vocational training or prior internship/work experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.
- Digitally savvy with a basic understanding of IT development and AI tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, basic knowledge of CMS platforms and Google Analytics.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
