Purpose of the function
We are currently seeking a Working Student to join our Global Oncology Value, Access and Pricing (GOVAP) team in our European headquarters in Munich. In this role, you will support the GOVAP Pricing Analytics, Operations and Payer Excellence team in executing pricing activities that contribute to the development of market access strategies across Daiichi Sankyo's portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support internal pricing governance processes by ensuring that business cases and approvals for pricing decisions are appropriately reviewed and documented.
- Support with management of Daiichi Sankyo’s internal pricing approval platform: maintaining system accuracy through data quality checks, acting as a main contact for user guidance and onboarding, and coordinating the resolution of any technical issues that arise in the platform.
- Support with the development of pricing approval platform enhancements by identifying user-driven improvements, coordinating implementation with the platform provider and assisting with user testing.
- Contribute to data research and gathering competitive intelligence insights using pricing and reimbursement databases.
- Assist with wider team projects and initiatives to help deliver successful outcomes.
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Germany, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in market access and pricing.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare is advantageous.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Office 365 applications.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); any further European language is a plus.
