Your Mission

Financial analysis

• Analyse P&L, balance sheet and cash flow information.
• Prepare revenue, EBITDA, margin and working capital summaries.
• Compare historical performance against budget/forecast.
• Identify unusual movements or one-off items.
• Support preparation of financial summaries for management.
  
  

Valuation and financial modelling support

• Update Excel valuation models.
• Input financial data into templates.
• Perform sensitivity analysis, for example valuation ranges based on EBIT multiple or growth assumptions.
• Prepare 3 statement financial model
  
  

Due diligence support

• Track due diligence request lists.
• Review uploaded data room documents.
• Summarise key findings from financial, legal, HR, commercial and IT documents.
• Prepare follow-up questions for the seller/target.
• Maintain Q&A trackers.
• Highlight missing documents or inconsistencies.
  
  

Your Qualification

• Currently enrolled as a student at a college or university, ideally with a focus on Finance and Accounting
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English skills; knowledge of German is a plus
• Very good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
