Your future team
You will be an integral part of our M&A team and work on different deals with the M&A team as well as various colleagues across Europe.
This is a 6-month temporary internship/working student position for enrolled students who want to learn and grow with us over a longer period of time, starting as of September 15th, 2026.
This position is based in our Munich office, and candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance.
We kindly ask you to include the following documents within your application:
- A certificate of your current university enrollment, including the expected duration of your studies.
- Your current grades and/or transcripts from your current or previous university studies.
- Your university entrance certificate or equivalent, including grades.
- Play a vital role within the M&A department, to drive our strategic acquisitions.
- Identify and evaluate the most promising opportunities for M&A (including preparation of investment committee meeting materials).
- Support in due diligence processes and be responsible for your own tasks across new exciting M&A projects.
- Take hands-on responsibility in different post-merger integration work streams, starting day one.
- Drive company spirit and culture via events and team activities.
- You are currently enrolled in a university program and have an excellent academic background (top 20%), preferably in business or technical studies.
- Previous experiences in start-ups, consulting, or corporate finance are a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a confident self-starter.
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to solving problems.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong motivation to grow personally.
- Excellent English skills. Any further European language is a plus.
