Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Business partnering & reporting: Support controlling for a large international business unit; prepare top-management reports and perform regular and ad-hoc financial analyses
• Project management: Take full ownership of small finance projects end to end
• Process and tool improvements: Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting tools using digital and AI solutions
• Decision support: Create clear presentations, conduct benchmarking analyses, and drive transparency on financial performance and key value drivers
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Study field: You are currently studying Economics, Finance, Controlling or a similar field of study
• Experience: You have already acquired relevant practical experience through internships
• Skills: Proficient in MS office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; preferably additional IT skills for data analysis like SQL, Python
• Way of working: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling data- and scenario-driven decision-making
• Personality: You demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and a strong ability to work in a team
• Language skills: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; preferably also fluent in German
• Availability: Available for 12 months minimum with 10-15h weekly working time

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
