- You will work on complex, cross-border M&A transactions from day 1.
- You create an M&A funnel, the so-called deal flow.
- You maintain and design financial and valuation models.
- You support the team in commercial and financial DDs.
- You design and conduct market and company analyses.
- You are studying Business administration or Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, M&A, or Accounting and are interested in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have already gained M&A or corporate finance experience through internships in Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting.
- Very good analytical, conceptual, and communication skills as well as team spirit.
- You have Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel know-how as well as a good portion of common sense.
- You are proficient in English, other languages are a plus.
