What you’ll do:
- Help us identify, build, and scale practical AI solutions that improve how teams across AutoScout24 work
- Take ownership of a dedicated project to make the AI Accelerators team’s own ways of working more AI-native
- Identify and automate recurring workflows such as management reporting, presentation creation, workshop preparation, and the documentation of decisions and next steps
- Build and test AI-powered workflows and prototypes, measure their quality and time savings, and improve them based on user feedback
- Support selected business use cases from initial discovery and scoping through prototyping, testing, and rollout
- Work closely with our developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand real problems and translate them into practical solutions
- Turn successful approaches into reusable templates, tools, and guidance that can help other teams adopt more AI-native ways of working
- You are currently studying in a business, technology, or innovation-related field - what matters most to us is your ability to understand business problems and apply AI in a practical way
- You are highly curious about Generative AI and actively experiment with AI tools to improve how work gets done
- You enjoy understanding business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and turning them into practical solutions
- You are comfortable creating working prototypes using AI tools, workflow automation, low-code platforms, or basic coding - you do not need to be a software developer
- You combine analytical and structured thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- You work independently, take ownership, and are comfortable developing an idea through testing and iteration
- You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and are fluent in English

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
