What You'll Build

In this role, you will support the operational steering of a large post-sales business and gain hands-on insights into how data and operational processes drive business decisions.

You will work closely with the MEE Revenue Operations team and experienced Operations Partners to improve transparency, efficiency, and data quality across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Operations Partners in day-to-day operational and analytical tasks
  • Coordinate and steer regular management business cadences
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and inconsistencies in key business metrics
  • Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools for multiple business use cases that help leadership teams manage their post-sales business

  • How to work with business KPIs, dashboards, management reporting including AI
  • How strategic and operational decisions are supported through data analysis

What You Bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • experience in AI tools is a plus; a strong interest in developing expertise in this field is essential.
  • Language skills: German and fluent in English

Skills: Strong collaboration skills, a proactive working style, good self-organization, and the ability to manage changing priorities and ad-hoc requests.
