What You'll Build

As part of the SAP Learning team, you'll have a unique opportunity to gain insights into how a global learning organization operates, manages learning initiatives at scale, and contributes to SAP's talent and business strategy. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and support the team in driving strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives.

Your Responsibilities May Include

  • Preparing presentations, reports, and executive communication
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of meetings, workshops, and team activities
  • Conducting research, analyzing data and preparing insights to support decision-making
  • Contributing to special projects and day-to-day operations
  • Helping organize and maintain project-related information, documentation, and processes

What You Bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Communications – other fields of study are welcome as well!

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
