What You'll Build
You will support the Social Responsibility, Inclusion & Communities (SRI&C) Team in the People & Culture (P&C) Board Area of SAP. As part of a combined, Germany-wide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Inclusion team, you will help drive and communicate strategic programs and initiatives across the organization. Your work will contribute to clear communication, effective coordination, and the successful execution of initiatives that create real social impact - fostering both a more inclusive workplace and stronger connections with communities across Germany.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR and Inclusion programs, including volunteering, pro-bono projects, and inclusion-focused initiatives
- Create and prepare communications such as PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, draft messages, summaries, and talking points for internal and external audiences
- Conduct research and gather input for projects related to social responsibility, employee engagement, and nonprofit partnerships
- Help maintain editorial calendars, event plans, and project documentation
- Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and support day-to-day project management tasks
- Assist with internal stakeholder alignment by preparing materials and ensuring smooth information flow across teams
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Communications, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or related fields
- Computer skills / Programming languages: PowerPoint, Excel, Word; experience with SharePoint a plus
- Language skills: Fluent in English and German
- Soft skills: Strong communicator, highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, reliable, creative
- Other important skills/experience: First work experience in communications, event support, project coordination, or the nonprofit sector is beneficial but not required
- Working from Walldorf office is required
You will be part of Social Responsibility, Inclusion & Communities (SRI&C) Team in the People & Culture (P&C) Board Area of SAP. As the regional Germany team and part of the global SRI&C organization, we drive programs that create real social impact and foster a more inclusive workplace - from building digital skills and supporting nonprofits to connecting employees with purpose and championing belonging across the organization. We work collaboratively, value clarity and empathy, and partner closely with leaders, project managers, and employee communities. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic communications, program execution, and cross-functional collaboration across both CSR and Inclusion initiatives.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
